It looks like Deion Sanders will be returning to a television screen near you. Prime Video Sports and SMAC Entertainment announced that the Sports Emmy-nominated docu-series “Coach Prime” has been renewed for a second season.

The upcoming season, which is currently in production, will follow Coach Prime throughout his inaugural season at the University of Colorado with the Colorado Buffaloes and, like Season 1, takes viewers inside the locker room and on the field during games and practices throughout the 2023 season.

Sanders made the exciting announcement during an appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show.” “We going to show you everything,” the coach told the host. “That’s what I mean when I tell people I keep receipts,” he added. “There’s a camera everywhere, so we going to show it.”

“Coach Prime” is executive produced by SMAC Entertainment’s Michael Strahan, Constance Schwartz-Morini, and FredAnthony Smith. The docu-series is also a co-production from Prime Video Sports and SMAC Productions, a division of SMAC Entertainment.
