Latin trap artist Luar La L was arrested on Monday (May 22) in front of Placita Barceló in Puerto Rico after initially being stopped for a traffic violation.

According to Telemundo PR, police authorities seized controlled substances, a 9-millimeter Glock pistol, and ammunition.

Luar La L, real name Raul A. Del Valle, was taken into custody and the Humacao Intelligence Division will be in charge of the investigation.

His case will also be consulted with the Public Ministry for possible filing of charges.

The “Recuerdos” rapper was arrested back in 2021 for a similar incident although a judge found no cause at the time.

Luar La L is the son of the former beauty queen Brenda Robles and the merengue player Raúl Armando.
