Nelly has reportedly secured a major bag.

According to TMZ, the rapper has sold half of his music catalog for $50 million and the deal will include 8 albums and several of his No. 1 singles from the early 2000s.

Nelly appears to be joining forces with the company HarbourView Equity Partners and the deal is expected to snag some of his biggest hits like “Ride With Me,” “Dilemma,” and “Hot in Herre.”

It’s unclear what other singles HarbourView Equity Partners will have ownership of however, either way Nelly is cashing out in a major way. The St. Louis native has had a successful career spanning over two decades. His iconic music has awarded him 12 Grammy nominations with three wins.

"As artists, we put our heart and soul into each track and there comes a time when you consider preservation of that artistry," Nelly said in a statement.

"My music is my legacy which I want to last beyond me, continuing to make my existing fans happy while reaching new generations and new audiences. I am excited to partner with HarbourView to create opportunities for discovery of my music decades from now."

Nelly is now a part of the recent list of rappers who have been selling their music catalogs. A few weeks ago Logic secured an eight-figure deal and Dr. Dre is expected to reportedly receive $10 million per year after signing a $200 million-plus deal with Shamrock Capital and Universal Music Group in January.

Shamrock Capital also purchased a portion of Metro Boomin’s publishing catalog for nearly $70 million just two months after Dr. Dre’s deal.
