Made in America 2023 Canceled Due to ‘Severe Circumstances’

Made in America 2023, a legendary Philadelphia music festival, has been canceled due to "severe circumstances outside of production control," organizers said in a statement on the site.

“This decision has been difficult and has not been made lightly nor without immense deliberation.”

Jay Z’s annual Made in America festival was initially slated to take place on Benjamin Franklin Parkway from Sept. 2-3.

Miguel, Coi Leray, Coco Jones, Lil Yatchy, Doechii, SZA, Lizzo Metro Boomin, and Ice Spice were among the long list of artists scheduled to appear on stage this year.

"Made in America has a legacy of delivering exceptional experiences for music fans and concert goers," Made in America said in a tweet, "It is our commitment to always deliver a top-tier festival experience."
